Annual Inventory is conducted during the month of December. Exact dates will be announced on our Council Facebook Page; the Scout Shop will be closed during this time period as well.  Please feel free to call ahead at (607) 648-7888 if you are unsure.

2024 Cub Program Pre-Orders!

To ensure our Packs have the supplies they need for the upcoming Cub Scout program changes, we are offering the chance to pre-order the new program handbooks. We will be accepting pre-orders through March 16th.

Orders must be paid in full by the March 16th deadline. We will be accepting payment via: Unit Account, credit card, check, or cash. Any unpaid orders cannot be guaranteed. If you have extenuating circumstances please reach out to BPC_TradingPost@scouting.org

Orders will be available for pick-up at the Scout Store upon delivery from National Supply and are expected to be delivered starting in late March, but there may be delays in the production process. We will let you know when your order has arrived.

Please allow at least 2 business days for orders to be prepared for pickup. Larger orders may require additional time. You will receive an email when your order is ready to be picked up. Any email directed to the Scout Shop will be responded to on days when the store is operational.

Please note the Baden-Powell Scout Shop is unable to take Card Payments over the phone at this time. Payments made with Credit/Debit cards in store incur a 3% transaction charge.
