Baden-Powell Districts
The Baden-Powell Council is divided into 4 separate Districts, each with a dedicated professional District Executive and run by a volunteer District Committee. These Districts serve Broome, Chenango, Cortland, Tioga, Tompkins, and part of Seneca counties in New York, as well as Susquehanna County in Pennsylvania.
