2010 Council Recognition Dinner

The annual volunteer recognition dinner will be held on Saturday, February 13^th in the Ballroom of the Regency Hotel in Binghamton.   The dinner is an annual special gathering of volunteers in the Baden-Powell Council to recognize the accomplishments of some of our finest leaders.    Cost for the dinner is $24 per person and reservations can be made with the Council Service Center in Chenango Forks. Social hour will begin at 6:30pm and dinner will be served at 7pm.

Highlights of this year’s dinner will include the presentation of the Silver Beaver Award which is the highest award the Council can bestow upon a volunteer. Additional presentations will also be made including the Venturing Leadership Award, Distinguished Commissioners Award and Veteran Awards for leaders over 25 years of service (veteran award applications need to be in by January 15^th).
