Check-in and check-out procedure

The check-in and check-out procedure is simple.  Here are the steps to follow, including some that can be done prior to your arrival to make things even easier.

Check-in

1. All vehicles MUST stop at the Campmaster Building for check-in.  All vehicles must wait until check-in is complete before proceeding to your campsite.  It is possible that your reserved site is not available.

2. Units must complete a Troop Roster which MUST include the names of all Scouts and adults.  Late arrivals can be added later, or they can be added during check-in and so annotated.  This can be done ahead of time.  Download the Troop Roster form and and have it completed before your arrival - this will greatly speed up the process!  Click on your site to see the site map:   WU1     WU2     WU3     WU4     WU5

3. The Campmaster will issue you a smoke detector if using a winter unit, and you can also pick up tools (shovel, rake, broom, saw, etc) or you can come back for them later.

4. You will also be given a check-out sheet.  You can download a Winter Unit check-out sheet or a Summer Unit check-out sheet to get a "sneak peak" on what needs to be done before you can leave.

5. Let the Campmaster know when you will be checking out.  If you don't know, thats ok, you can let them know later on.

Check-out

1. Be ready for check-out at the agreed upon time.  If there is a problem, send someone down to inform the Campmaster of a new check-out time.

2. To check-out, simply complete all the steps on the appropriate check-out form to the satisfaction of the Campmaster.  Thats all there really is to it.

3. On the way out you can drop off the smoke detector and tools.
